You *can* have fruit in the morning, fresh or canned.
- Fresh banana
- Fresh apple
- Fresh fruit cup (cantelope, honeydew, pineapple, grapes)
- Fresh red grapes
- Canned pears
- Canned peaches
- Canned Mandarin Oranges
- Applesauce (generally, Mott's?)
- Stewed Prunes (!?)
Applesauce, in my experience, is a small tub of "Mott's". No extra sugar, but it's naturally tart and sweet enough.
