Since you don't get "dessert" for breakfast, yogurt will have to do.
Under yogurt there are technically 5 choices... a plain greek yogurt, and 4 choices of "light smooth flavored yogurt"... Blueberry, Strawberry, Vanilla, and Peach.
I've never actually tried plain, and I keep asking for "random", and I keep getting strawberry, with rare blueberry and peach. I don't think I've ever gotten vanilla.
These are just Activia probiotic yogurt you *can* buy in your local supermarkets. And they taste great when compared to pretty tasteless stuff at breakfast.
